SHIPPING & DAYS OF DELIVERY
Mavericks Macarons ships our products throughout the United States using our third party shipping carrier and the price to ship is included unless a rush order or special order is requested in which case additional fees will apply
Orders are only shipped nationwide, using USPS shipping and Mavericks Macarons will ship out Monday – Friday USPS unless a rush order is requested and we will utilize UPS or Fedex and advise the total cost once we are able to confirm actual cost from the shipper pending your location and order size
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following shipping day (Monday – Thursday).Orders placed on Friday will ship on the following Monday excluding business holidays.
Shipments can only be delivered to a physical street address within the United States.Mavericks Macarons will not to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses. Mavericks Macarons is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges.Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. Shipping carriermay require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
All deliveries are sent using insulated bubble wrap with an ice pack to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit. NOTE: The ice pack may no longer be cold upon arrival, this is ok! The ice pack helps the macarons stay cold during transit and may be thawed by the time your package arrives. Our products are shipped secure packaging to ensure the quality and freshness of our product. However, because of the fragile nature, some breakage may occur during transport. This will not affect the taste and quality of our product.
RETURNS – SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Mavericks Macarons does not accept returns.
There are no returns or exchanges. Depending on the issue, Mavericks Macarons will issue a credit or re-order.
If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team within 2 days of when the package was received, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience and guarantee your satisfaction with your order.
Cancellations must be made in writing within two business days of the ship date of your order. For order cancellation or changes to your order, please contact us at Info@MavericksMacarons.com. We will make every attempt to accommodate your needs, however, your cancellation/change request may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
When ordering quantities greater than 100 macarons or any custom orders, please place your order at least 10 business days prior to your desired delivery date. Orders not placed within 10 business days of desired delivery date are subject to rush fees.
